MEET THE BUILDER

Jeff Worthy has been remodeling in the Sun City's retirement community for over 35 years. He started with Del Web in 1978. He went out on his own after learning and working the trade for several years. He has had his General Contractors License for many years and not only has he been remodeling, he has also built several custom homes over the years. He is currently in the top 5% in Arizona for General Contractors. ROC#214863

WHO WE ARE

My wife, Laura and I, are about quality craftsmanship, and up to date modern floor plans. We will do whatever it takes to create a brand new more functional design for today's homeowner. We use only high end materials and color schemes.

WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO

It is our love and appreciation of the Sun Cities that made us realize that it was in need of newer homes. It was then that we started doing total renovations. It's not just for the newer generation but for those who want quality workmanship and high end finishes in their home.
